Benefits of Oregano Oil

Carvacrol In Oregano Oil May Help Your Immune System

I use numerous potions, lotions, herbs and vitamins to help boost my immune system.  So, when a friend invited me to her home one evening to learn about the benefits of oils I was intrigued to learn more about oils. I realized there might be sufficient benefits to different oils.

I decided to add a couple of oils into my daily potion, lotion herbs and vitamin daily combo. I choose to add Oregano Oil and an Immune Well Oil. The Immune Well Oil contains Astragalus Root, Maitake Mushroom, Shiktako Mushroom and Fresh Echinacea.

The Oregano Oil contains Carvacrol or cymophenol, C6H3CH3(OH)(C3H7), is a monoterpenoid phenol. It has a characteristic pungent, warm odor of oregano.

I was not familiar with Carvacrol so I decided to read about  Carvacrol. The information about Carvacrol was insightful and I have listed some of Carvacrol benefits:

  • Showed Some Interesting Results Against Cancer Cells
  • Cleans as Effectively as Chlorine
  •  Great Against Harmful Organisms
  •  Effective Against Candida
  •  Promotes Normal Lipid Levels
  • Supports Balanced Blood Sugar
  •  Fights Systemic Redness and Swelling

I am not sure if Oregano Oil and Immune Well Oil will improve my health but I am open to alternative medicine. During my informational evening about Essential
Oils learned it is best to purchase oils that have a lot number, no expiration date and can be digested orally.

The last couple of weeks I have taken a few drops of each oil  twice a day. The oils are too bitter for me to shallow so I mix the oil drops into a Berry favored juice. Fingers crossed, the addition of Essential Oils will boost my immune system. I am open to any type of alternative medicine. If you use an alternative medicine that has improved your immune system then please send me over the information: Lisa@HypoGal.com.
